We work with owners of established businesses on the West Shore and southern Vancouver Island, typically $2M to $20M in revenue, build a company that is worth more and easier to exit when the time is right. Trades, construction, manufacturing, distribution and professional services are my home ground. Many owners start with hands-on fractional CEO or COO support, getting the day to day under control so the business runs without them, then move into building real, transferable value and planning a strong exit whenever that day comes. I have founded seven companies with real exits and sat on both sides of the deal table, so this is practical, candid, owner-side counsel, not theory.
