Run by Tricia-Lee and Silvia, our business handles the hustle and howl of pet ownership by combining over three decades of expert grooming experience with an exciting, eco-conscious retail emporium. ​We take pride in our highly specialized, kennel-free, muzzle-free, and restraint-free grooming environment. We believe in full, hands-on emotional support for every animal that walks through our doors. By utilizing hypoallergenic, specialty products and a gentle, compassionate touch, we specialize in soothing nervous, scared, or aggressive pets. No animal is ever turned away; to us, our clients are family. ​

Beyond elite styling, we are leading the charge in local sustainability by curating the coolest selection of pre-loved pet gear on the island. From gently used toys and clothing to essential accessories, we give high-quality items a second life, making pet care affordable and eco-friendly. ​

Deeply rooted in community outreach, a potion of our nail service proceeds are donation-based, directly funding local animal support. We also collect and distribute pet food and gear donations to support less fortunate and unhoused members of our community.
