Built on a strong foundation, Seacliff Properties Ltd. is a Vancouver based, privately owned real estate company with more than 25 years' experience in the successful development, acquisition and management of large-scale real estate projects throughout Western Canada.

Seacliff's owner and senior managers have experience in every aspect of the development, construction and management of commercial, office, recreational and residential projects. Acting as either developer or general contractor, through its former subsidiary, Dominion Construction, Seacliff has been instrumental in the successful completion of many landmark projects such as GM Place and the Bentall Centre in Vancouver, the Olympic Speed-Skating Oval in Richmond and Upper Harbour Place and the Hillside Shopping Centre in Victoria, to name just a few. Industry professionals to this day refer to a "Dominion Built" building as reflecting the top standard for quality in the industry.

While Seacliff no longer owns Dominion Construction, we are committed to providing the same level of expertise, quality and attention to detail across our broad portfolio of projects, always utilizing the most appropriate team of professionals and contractors for each project. In addition to managing a portfolio of income-producing real estate assets across Western Canada, we have a number of active development projects underway, including a substantial residential redevelopment project in North Vancouver, four large scale master-planned communities on Vancouver Island consisting of both residential and commercial construction, and a four-acre residential redevelopment project in a prime location in Central Surrey.

Seacliff actively seeks mid-to-large scale real estate investment opportunities throughout Western Canada, with a focus on Greater Vancouver and other urban areas.We analyze all opportunities internally, and have the in-house capability and expertise to acquire and manage income-producing office, retail, industrial, and residential projects - as well as re-development or development properties.
