Trinity Hot Yoga

We are a local, family-owned and operated small business who practice what we teach and love what we do. Consisting of myself, my sister and my mother, we designed Trinity Hot Yoga School for people who want to take quality time for themselves to improve their health with a transformational practice in a non-corporate setting. My name is Isolde Verbrugge, M.Ed., and I am the Principal Instructor and General Manager. My sister, Texie Horpestad, B.A., also instructs, and is our Secretary. Our mother, Natexa Verbrugge, B.Ed., LL.B., is the Treasurer. Our business model provides the highest quality instruction available with the smallest footprint on the earth. Our vision is to create a thriving community of students who are improving their lives through practice. Our mission is to offer a purpose-built, clean and educational environment to facilitate healing and self-realization. Our members contribute to a positive learning environment, respect each other, and are dedicated to their practice. We have a code of conduct for our community to support each other’s practice experience.
