TravelOnly’s story begins more than 50 years ago with the founding of the family owned business in 1974, starting as Luciani World Travel. TravelOnly started with a passion for travel and had one simple mission: to spread the joy and experience of quality travel to as many people as possible. With over 800 travel advisors across Canada, TravelOnly is one of the largest travel agencies in Canada, and still operates the business like a family – with great care, love, and commitment to their clients.
TravelOnly has a nationwide presence across Canada with offices in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia and nearly 800 expert home-based advisors specializing in air, cruise, all-inclusive vacations, as well as luxury travel. With trusted partners and suppliers within the industry, TravelOnly can provide unparalleled travel experiences with the personal touch and expertise of your very own travel advisor.
Bob Family Travel at TravelOnly has been around since the late 70’s and has developed into a fun group of people travelling over all those years around the world. The Bob Family Travel Team has grown to include Pat Probert Founder, Mary de Almeida, and six affiliates including Autumn Fiske. In 2023, Pat asked Autumn to join The Bob Family and be part of the award winning team at TravelOnly. Autumn is an exceptional Travel Advisor who pays attention to fine details and goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes sure to follow up with a client before they leave, while they are travelling, and when they return from their trip. When Autumn told Pat and Mary she applied and got accepted to study at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia to complete her Master of Arts in Tourism Management degree, they were thrilled and excited for the opportunity for her to continue her studies in travel and tourism and move across the country from Halifax, Nova Scotia to pursue her dream. The flexible schedule she has with school allows her to be on top of client inquiries and continue to grow her business in British Columbia and across Canada.
Autumn believes the global tourism industry needs people who can lead organizations and communities to be resilient and sustainable and to adapt to change. She loves how her work as a Travel Advisor brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the program at Royal Roads and is sharing her expertise with faculty and students and learning from their backgrounds. Her thesis focuses on heritage and culture tourism in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The thesis is called "Time Travel at the Fortress of Louisbourg in Cape Breton: The implications of social media and visitation of Parks Canada sites". Autumn hopes to one day complete her Doctorate in Social Sciences or pursue a PhD in critical perspectives on global tourism.
If you are an existing client, have already booked your trip, or have questions before booking your trip, Autumn would be thrilled to hear from you.
