For nearly a century, Children's Health Foundation of Vancouver Island has partnered with communities, organizations, and donors to enhance the health and well-being of kids, youth, and families. Our vision is that all Island children have access to necessary health care.
We reduce barriers to essential services for Island families, enhancing their physical and emotional well-being. Our funding supports crucial services across Vancouver Island and the surrounding islands, addressing key areas like early childhood development and children and youth living with complex needs. Our homes away from home, Jeneece Place in Victoria and Q̓ʷalayu House in Campbell River, provide families a safe, welcoming, and affordable place to stay while their kids receive treatment.
We listen to institutions, families, community leaders, and health professionals to identify where we're needed most. As a 100 per cent donor-funded organization, we rely on the generosity of donors who invest their time, money, and heart to support Island kids and their futures.
