Pacific Coast started in Dec of 1993 in a small storefront in Langford. Created by two partners Maurice Upton and Chris Dougans with the same belief of what makes a company a success. They believe what was needed to be successful is care to peoples needs, and treating people honestly, with respect. Flooring can be an overwhelming decision to make. This has been the trademark of Pacific Coast Floor Coverings for over 12 years. A company built on integrity, service and family values. With these principals the company has grown to be one of the top floor covering companies on the Island. The partners soon moved the business to its own building in the new industrial park on Millstream Road. Today they employ nine staff members from sales to administration and keeping over 11 installation crews as busy as possible. Our major distributors support all our products, most manufactured in Canada and North America, with strong inclusive warrantees covered by a personal company service guarantee. We are the first to admit that we have made mistakes but our commitment is to only make them once.
