The Tourism Cafe's programs and services are personalized in their design to support individual owners, operators, managers, supervisors, destination marketing organizations and government agencies with a tourism mandate and a learning or business development need. Keys to our training approach rather that just arrive in your community and deliver a canned training program, we work with you to build your capacity as part of the process and identify how to incorporate a legacy element that remains in the community. Working with a community team comprised of individuals representing our client's interests, these people support the development process and take responsibility for targeted activities in the community to reduce the overall project costs of out-sourcing 100% of the project. We build the capacity of the ground team as part of developing the course.
