The Metchosin Farmers Institute (MFI) is an organization chartered under the Farmers Institute Act. We have been in existence for over 100 years with the goal of promoting agriculture and agricultural activities in the area.

In 2002 the Legion celebrated its 75th year of Service to the West Shore Communities in Victoria. We annually donate 90K to these communities.
