Karen Elgersma Media INC. is a boutique media firm that focuses on storytelling through video, digital and print media. We own both KEM and Edible Vancouver Island Magazine. Our team includes writers, illustrators, photographers, videographers, content editors, graphic designers, artists, web developers and business consultants. We know how to take an idea and bring it to life, to infuse energy into that idea and make it exciting and vivid to our reader, viewer or your client or customer. We know how to turn events and ideas into stories, and we practice telling them. We can take any dry idea and enliven it with images and examples and metaphors. We believe that most people have a very short attention span. They are bombarded by information, but very little of it survives.
